The Challenge
This was one of our biggest, most favorite projects to date. Originally built in 1958, this property’s original aesthetic would’ve transported you right back to the disco era! There were “built-ins” all over this house, from the bed, to the sitting room, to even a piano built into the wall. It was very outdated and funky and in our opinion, in need of a full overhaul.
The Plan
Our team completely gutted this house and we’re incredibly proud of the results we produced. We completely reconfigured the space, added on, and ultimately turned this outdated, 3 bedroom/2 bath house into a sleek, updated and relaxing 4 bedroom/3 bath with a luxurious pool.
The Result
This now stunning Florida property was originally purchased for $350,000 and is currently under contract for $1.3 Million.
