We have a staff of repair coordinators and project managers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide real time communication and updates on your properties. Our goal is to give our clients the information they need before they have to ask! Our clients have the ability to reach out to their local project manager to meet them onsite for a bid or a property completion walk at any time. We value our client’s input as a key to our joint success!

Steadfastly focused on consistency across our operations we take the time to document and put proper processes in place, ensure that they are being implemented across state lines. No matter where our clients are within our service area, they can expect the same great quality and service!


We are a regional contractor, however we operate through a staff of true local field employees in each area. We are no fly by night contractors. Our staff in your area is local to their territory, and highly trained and skilled. Very few, if any, companies have a coverage area the size of ours’ with true salaried employees on the ground in every area.

Our management team has over 75 years combined experience working specifically in the REO repair and renovation industry. We understand our clients’ objectives, and recognize how we can help them deliver upon those objectives.

Training & Development

We feel that our Training & Development department and the processes surrounding our employee and vendor training programs set us apart from our competitors. Our employees receive the robust new hire training, on-going training, and continuing education to keep them on the cutting edge of market trends and code and permit requirements.  Our experienced Training and Development team has a sole function to ensure that our employees and vendor network have the proper training, tools, and knowledge to be successful.

Quality Control

Our tri-level quality control inspection and audit system has 3 levels of management performing scheduled frequent and periodic inspections of repaired properties in all of our service areas and scoring our staff and vendor network on completed repairs to ensure that our clients receive the same level of quality and service every time they give us the opportunity to work for them!
